ENDOSCOPY
Endoscopy is a medical procedure in which a doctor uses a long, thin, flexible tube to look inside parts of the body. We also offer Capsule Endoscopes and offer Open Access Endoscopes.
GASTROSCOPY
Upper GI endoscopy (gastroscopy) is a visual examination of the lining of the oesophagus, stomach and the first part of the intestine.
COLONOSCOPY
A Colonoscopy in internal visual examination of the colon (large intestine) to screen for bowel cancer or help diagnosed unexplained gastrointestinal symptoms.
PEG INSERTION
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) involves the insertion of a PEG tube through the abdominal wall and into the stomach. Most commonly performed to provide a means of feeding when intake orally is critically low.
OESOPHAGEAL DILATATION
Oesophageal dilatation is the technique used to stretch or open a narrowed portion of the Oesophagus.
FLEXIBLE SIGMOIDOSCOPY
Flexible Sigmoidoscopy allows inspection of the lining of the rectum, anus and lower part of the colon using a flexible tube
ERCP
ERCP is an investigation used to view the gallbladder, bile ducts, pancreas, and pancreatic duct.
